South Carolina Youth Soccer offers multiple state cups to complement all levels of play to our SCYS members.
 
 
The SCYS Publix President’s Medal Cup is for Classic U13-U14 teams will offer the following divisions for boys and girls teams:
U13 thru U14 Classic Division - $450 registration & $500 team bond check (teams that played in the PMSL do not have to submit a new team bond check)
 
PUBLIX PRESIDENT’S MEDAL CUP
The SCYS Publix President’s Medal Cup U13 - U14 (Classic teams) will be played April 27th & 28th in Columbia, SC.
Only the top 8 teams from the PMSL 1 season will be accepted in each division U13 - U14 of play based on your regular season schedule standings. All applications must be completed online by April 15th. Final rosters and freeze date is April 15th.
 
PUBLIX OPEN & REC CUP
The SCYS Publix Open & Rec Cup U13 - U14 will be played April 27th & 28th in Greenville, SC.
This Cup will be offering Classic & Rec divisions of play.
U13 - U14 Rec Division - $450 registration & $500 team bond.
All applications must be completed online by April 15th. Final rosters and freeze date is April 15th.
 
BOB BRANTLEY PUBLIX CHALLENGE CUP
The Bob Brantley Publix Challenge Cup U13 - U14 (Premier & Challenge teams) will be played May 11th & 12th in Rock Hill, SC. The top 8 teams will make the first round games that will be played at the higher seeded team facility between April 22nd - May 5th. The Final Four will be played May 11th & 12th in Rock Hill, SC.
$450 registration & $500 team bond check for premier leagues only (teams that played in the SCSCL do not have to submit a new team bond check).
All applications must be completed online by April 15th. Final rosters and freeze date is April 22nd.

Rescheduling of games requires a lot of time and effort to make happen and create opportunities for problems later in the season. Just changing one game could affect as many as 70 people, disrupt referee assignments and create an unfair advantage for another team not involved in the change. The implementation of having the teams’ schedule their own games should have eliminated any rescheduling of matches. Coaches and mangers were responsible for coordinating with your team before the scheduling meeting. Below are guidelines for requesting a game be rescheduled.
 
Guidelines for Rescheduling of League games;
 
Please remember that ALL games that you are trying to reschedule must be approved by the league. Approval of the change is indicated by the change on the website schedule. To get the game you are trying to reschedule approved follow the guidelines below. The game can only be approved if both teams agree on the change.
 
1)      The team requesting the rescheduling must contact the coach or team manager of the team you are trying to reschedule the game with and agree on a change.
2)      Both teams must agree upon a new game date, location and approximate time before the league will approve the rescheduling of the game. Adjustments to the exact location and time may have to be made by the league due to already scheduled games and referee availability.
3)      Both teams will need to send an email to the league stating they agree to the change.
4)      If for ANY REASON the game you are rescheduling can not be played by the end of the season, the team requesting the change will receive a FORFEIT LOSS. (ie rescheduled game gets canceled for weather)
5)      Games that are rescheduled and approved greater than 10 days before the original game date will be charged a $50.00 league reschedule fee. Games that are rescheduled and approved less than 10 days before the game date will be charged the following fees for each game; game referee fee, game assignor fee and $50.00 league reschedule fee.
a.       U13 – U14 = $68 + $10 + $50 = $128.00
b.      U15 – U16 = $86 + $10 + $50 = $146.00
c.       U17 – U19 = $100 + $10 + $50 = $160.00

Game reports must be entered online.  The person completing the Game Report online will only need to enter the score. All other information is for your team use. 

 

 

Please note: There is a Tuesday morning 9:00 am deadline to complete Game Reports. 

 

 

At the end of the Season there is a Sunday morning 9:00 am deadline to enter Game Reports so the SC Youth Soccer Publix Challenge Cup scheduling can be completed.

 

 

Reporting Instructions:

 

  • Go to your SCSCL Team Page

     

  • Log-in to the Team page by clicking on TEAM LOG IN

     

  • Enter your email address and Pin #

     

  • Select the Team Scorekeeping tab

     

  • Find the game you played and enter the game scores

     

  • After you enter the scores select the SAVE box, this will save your scores and take you to the Team Page

     

  • At this time you can enter any other information you care to enter by clicking on the score under MR heading

     

  • To edit your game stats click on the Edit xxxxxx Game Stats/Events heading

     

  • When you are finished entering information go to the bottom of the page

     

  • Select SAVE

     

  • You are finished

same for every SCSCL & PMSL game, no matter where you

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE EXACT AMOUNT
FOR EACH REFEREE.  A good way to do this is to
have a separate envelope for each referee and the
assistant referee.
REFEREES DO NOT MAKE CHANGE.
 
The amounts listed below are based on each team
paying for ½ of the referee fee and the total fee
for one assistant referee.
