Fall 2012 Coach / Manager Letter
Dear SCYSA State Cup Coaches and Managers:
Congratulations on making the final four for the Fall 2012 SCYSA Publix Bob Brantley Challenge Cup competition. The U15 to U18 games will be held in Rock Hill at the Manchester Meadows Soccer Complex on December 15th & 16th. Directions are on the SCYSA web site and on the DSC web site.

Challenge Cup Teams.
There will be NO MANDATORY coaches meeting on Friday, December 14th, 2012. However, each coach is reminded to review the tournament rules located on the SCYSA web site under the administrative manual.
Registration
Registration will be held on Saturday, December 15th at Manchester Meadows Soccer Complex Pavilion. Registration will begin at 9 AM and end at 12 PM. Players will not be required to sign in at registration. Every team is REQUIRED to check in on Saturday at registration and have the following items:
medical release form for each player -notorized with a seal (does not have to be raised seal)
birth certificate--readable. Must be one from a health department, vital statistics, or legal consular abroad. Not a hospital issued one.
player and coach cards-- Picture in upper left hand corner of card. Laminated so there is a seal around all edges. Coach card must be for that particular team -only exception is the DOC (Director of coaching) pass Which may be used for any of his/her teams
red stamped roster- the most recent one is a 4x6 six sheet of paper which lists the players and coaches on it.
