In their inaugural game the Spartanburg Arsenal found themselves in a memorable encounter against a tough Lexington Thunder side. The Thunder after a couple of half chances from both sides took the lead from a corner. The Spartanburg Arsenal leveled the score after halftime when Nicholas Rabuske squared the ball to Reese Jackscon on the right just outside the goal box.  Jackson making no mistakes found the opposite side netting. Then later in the half LJ Wannamaker put the Full Force ahead for good.
